Century 21 Smith & Associates, Inc has been providing quality real estate services to the North Central Missouri area for over 13 years. Our service area includes the cities of Trenton, Lawson, Chillicothe, Lake Viking, and surrounding areas.

Troy and Cathy Smith established the Trenton Missouri Century 21 franchise in 1995. In May 2000 the office had a name change to Century 21 Smith & Associates to better reflect the importance of our real estate professionals and the quality service they provide. Our agents have consistently been among the top-producing agents in our marketing area and the  Missouri Broker Council of Century 21 offices.
